Is Speedy Invoice really free?
Yes — every feature is free: unlimited invoices, logo upload, autosave, and unlimited PDF downloads. There's no account, no paywall, and no watermark on your PDFs. The tool is supported by ads instead of subscriptions.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the page and start filling in your invoice — nothing to sign up for, nothing to verify.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Everything stays in your own browser. Your company details, client info, and line items autosave to your browser's local storage on your device so they're there next time you visit — nothing is sent to a server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG in the "From" section and it'll appear on both the on-screen preview and your downloaded PDF.
What format do I download?
A standard A4 PDF, built with real selectable text (not a screenshot), so it prints cleanly and stays searchable.
Can I change the invoice's colors?
Yes — the Appearance section lets you pick from a few paper shades for your invoice background, applied to both the preview and the PDF.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, the form and preview both adapt to smaller screens, though we'd recommend a laptop or desktop for the most comfortable editing experience.
Is Speedy Invoice tax or legal advice?
No. It's a formatting tool. You're responsible for checking your own local invoicing, tax, and record-keeping requirements before sending an invoice to a client.
How is Speedy Invoice funded?
Through advertising. We don't sell your data, and the ads aren't targeted using anything you type into your invoice — that content never leaves your browser.
